We are looking for a talented **Customer Service Assistant** to join our **Cummins Distribuitors** team in **Guarulhos, SP**.
- Completing and monitoring the external stock control spreadsheet - third-party storage;
- Alignment with the tax area on billing, validation of transactions, tax rates, GRNE, whenever necessary;
- Request the inclusion of the payment condition with the financial department;
- Carrying out PN registration of items purchased by the Power Gen area;
- Ensure entry of invoices for generators purchased from the factory;
- Ensure entry of invoices issued by the warehouse;
- Issuance of storage invoices;
- Control and issuance of incoming and outgoing invoices from external suppliers (industrialization);
- Billing/Issuance of invoices to the end customer;
- Delivery alignment with customers and carriers to issue the NF;
- Issuance of NFs in accordance with Cost Spreadsheet/Tax Validations;
- Monitoring of stock in the external warehouse to ensure adequate identification, inventory control to monitor audits;
- Submission of the expedition plan for collection of generators at CBL.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
**Mandatory requirements**:
- General knowledge of taxes;
- Experience with issuing NFs through the Apollo system;
- MS Office intermediate level.
