**Job Overview and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure and enforce that the sales administrative process is carried out as negotiated in an effective and committed manner, with promptness, credibility and agility of information;
Knowing, providing information or directing customer demands about GBU products;
- Register and manage the registration of new customers and perform the maintenance of the base when relevant;
- Manage customer demands, aiming at full monitoring from the arrival of the request to delivery to the customer;
Billings adjustmentes, for example: Credit, Debit, Returns and Returns;
- Customer Complaints registration according to GBU rules and due dates;
- Registration and management of documents sent to customers (Customer Request);
- Support the Commercial area with management reports and analysis;
- Perform backup support in the area when necessary, in order to ensure continuity of operations;
- Contact customers in the market. - Strong involvement with the interface areas (logistics, shipping, planning, credit, billing)
**Education and Experience**:
Completed higher education - Business Administration, Marketing and Production Engineering.
Desirable experience in Customer Service, Logistics and related areas.
**Skills**:
- Good Communication, organization, accuracy and critical analysis.
- Knowledge of tax (basic)
- Knowledge of SAP System and SalesForce;
- Office Suite Domain / Google Tools
English - Intermediary Level
