Carta’s fund administration platform supports nearly 7,000 funds and SPVs, representing $150B in assets under administration in venture capital and private equity. Trusted by more than 40,000 companies, Carta also helps private businesses in over 160 countries manage their cap tables, valuations, taxes, equity programs, compensation, and more.
Together, Carta is creating the end-to-end ERP platform for private markets. Traditional ERP solutions don’t work for Private Funds. Private capital markets need a comprehensive software solution to replace outdated spreadsheets and fragmented service providers. Carta’s software for the Office of the Fund CFO does just that - it’s a new category of software to make private markets look more like public markets - a connected ERP for private capital.

**The Problems You’ll Solve**:
At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As an implementations specialist, you will become an equity expert and use that knowledge to implement our clients onto the Carta software, setting them up for long-term success. You will work to:
- Establish strong customer relationships and inspire long-term loyalty by providing a high quality and timely on-boarding process as the first service provider post-sale
- Migrate and maintain the quality of clients Data to Carta’s Onboarding Spreadsheet in Excel
- Coordinate and manage inputs needed from both the clients and their law firms
- Train clients on how to use Carta Software: You feel comfortable working with data, business systems, and developing training content for our customers.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-boarding process
- Work closely with product, engineering and our internal implementations leaders to improve the experience for our customers
**The Team You’ll Work With**:
**About You**:
- You are proficient in Excel and have experience with CRMs (Preferably: Salesforce)
- You are eager to learn or have experience working with: Mixmax, Talkdesk, and Guru
- You have strong project management and organization skills - must be able to manage multiple on-boardings (40+) at a time
- You are familiar or will become familiar with Private Equity and Capitalization
- You have great people skills and a high degree of empathy
- You have the ability to work cross-functionally with teams
- You embrace change and constantly seek ways to better your process and your team
- You possess a helpful and professional attitude and can exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues- Knowledge of finance and accounting is a plus- Experience working at a high-growth software company is a plus
