Requisitos
- Education in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Production);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing cross-functional working team;
- Understand the need of stakeholder management in different levels;
- Experience from product development of Trucks and/or Buses;
- Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working;
- Communicative and with good influencing skills;
- PMP certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Atividades
- The Vehicle Integration Program Manager is responsible to secure that we have a good cross-functional delivery for the JIRA Epics related to Product Development (Projects and PMRs) from the pre-study phase until the Start-of-production;
- You will be leading the pre-studies and deliveries in the early phases;
- Concept preparation alignment among product owner & all solution, providers, acceptance criteria (incl. V&V activities defined and agreed with key stakeholders);
- Cross-functional development maturity progress alignment (stable release, RTS), Business Case ready for decision and Confirm Start of Production (high confidence).
