Perfil do cargo: Sr. Financial Analyst. Descrição Resumida do Cargo: Financial Analyst. Team Overview and Job responsibilities We are looking for a CARGO to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to Financial Coordinador, you will be responsible analyze corporate clients by performing analysis of the bidder and attributing credit, including preparation of a technical opinion for approvals both within its purview and in specific committees. Credit risk management and projections of the main indicators; Assistance and preparation of reports for reports; Direction, monitoring and validation of demands with the team; Possibility of carrying out routine work tasks combined with agile and dynamic projects.Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, cash flow); Desirable knowledge of credit insurance processes; Experience in the credit cycle, preferably with credit policy for legal entities. Familiarity with SERASA and D&B; Familiarity with financial products, BNDES, Finame, Financing and other financial services. Extensive experience with financial KPI's, Overdue, Aging, DSO, PDD, etc. Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform collection activities in order to reduce default levels defined by the company, monitoring provisions and possible losses (PDD); - Acting in the management and control of receivables, credit and collection of the customer portfolio; - Implement good market practices related to Accounts Receivable control, managing and reconciling account receivables, bills, pix, cash and credit cards; - Carry out economic-financial analysis of customers, ensuring compliance with the SLA of the entire credit analysis process; - Prepare financial projections, feasibility studies for new products, projects and businesses; - Develop concession strategies and policies in order to maximize assertiveness between approval and default; - Work with the Legal area for any legal collection of defaulting customers; - Develop documentation, opinion and presentations for the credit committee with the board/management and executive committee; - Establish relationships and interface with commercial teams, distribution centers and other areas in the company; - Intermediate negotiations with third parties, data management and reports (legal offices, collection advisory services, insurance companies, etc.). - visiting customers and promoting committees with the commercial teams to discuss credit issues. Who are we looking for? - BA Bachelor degree, preferably in Administration, Accounting or Economics - Minimum 3 years of credit and collections experience - Strong knowledge in balance sheet analysis, financial index calculations, risk analysis and Bureau products.
