Rappi is one of the first Latin American unicorns and a start-up that continues to focus on growing and making life easier for our users. As a company, we seek to continue improving the services we already offer, add more to our offer and continue expanding throughout the Latin American continent.

**Role Objective**:

- Outcome 2: Public Affairs. Enrich Rappi’s network of alliances in various ecosystems
- Develop alliances with peer companies and trade associations to gain influence and advance Rappi’s policy goals
- Develop and maintain a network of relationships with decision makers at government national and departamental level, as well as their influencers (NGOs, coalitions, industry associations, think tanks).
- Outcome 3: Communication. Position Rappi as a key player in the tech sector
- Champion a comms strategy to create and environment favorable to the industry for Latam and each market.
- Champion, together with leaders, a Communications strategy that enhances Rappi’s profile in Latam.
- Administer Rappi’s external profile &reputation, oversight of media; actively engage & manage press relationships.
- Ensure an effective crisis and issues management in place, signaling early warning for any disrupting scenario.
- Partner with HR to open channels for internal communication to flow fluidly/ strengthen the Rappi culture
- Outcome 4: Social Responsibility, Diversity & Inclusion. Position Rappi as a key player in the tech sector
- Develop and lead key cross-cutting initiatives that amplify the impact of Rappi’s work on marginalized communities
- Lead cross-functional efforts to listen, stay close and work proactively to improve the lives of RTs and shoppers
- Lead a joint effort with Rappi Tech to play a visible role in the development of tech talent in Latam
- Lead a joint effort with Rappi HR to position Rappi as a leading edge unicorn in regards to D&I
