The Educational Technology Jr Analyst will work directly with the Application team in integrating appropriate and innovative technologies to support, enhance, and extend learning throughout the school. With the ICT Applications Team, research and propose new ways to enhance teaching and learning, promote innovation, and foster purposeful, meaningful, and creative integration of technology. In coordination with school policies and procedures, contribute to the promotion of continued development and use of the school’s current technology standards. Support implementation and integration of digital technologies, virtual learning environments and other academic platforms. Assist in the organization, preparation and delivery of training documentation: PowerSchool SIS/PowerTeacher Pro Google Workspace Google Classroom Canvas LMS Other educational platforms Work with Helpdesk team to solve issues reported in the academic systems and platforms: User creation/alteration Solve access issues Adjust access privileges General troubleshooting Help perform process mapping relating to educational processes: Class scheduling Student Evaluations Grade Reporting Other academic processes Provide support for educational technology devices, systems, and content. Participate in the organization and preparation of technical documentation and help establish work standards. Any other activities inherent to the position at the discretion of the immediate superior. FluRequired ent in Portuguese & English. Understanding of academic processes. Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing. Strong interest in pedagogy and innovation Presentation & Training Skills Project & Time Management Skills Solid Knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets Able to work with individuals with a range of technological expertise in a courteous and professional manner. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize tasks.
