**The team you'll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

This Regional Procurement Manager position is part of the MN LAT RBC MS Procurement team and has primary responsibility for providing supply assurance for all Nokia Mobile Networks Market Services projects in Colombia and may support Nokia Mobile Network projects in other countries in Latin America from time to time. The Regional Procurement Manager will be involved in costing and supply of 3rd party supplier Mobile Networks Services for pre-sales and projects. Interfaces with MN LAT RBC Services Solution Development Presales, MN LAT RBC MS Customer Delvery Managers and Project Directors.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Regional Procurement Manager is responsbile for developing and driving cost savings measures to improve project sales margin and meeting MN LAT RBC MS Procurement performance objectives and targets. Job Responsibilities include:

- End to End accountability for excuting the supply strategy with stakeholders and cross-functional team to ensure capable and available supplier base is meeting the project deliverables
- Supervises market supplier selection according to the strategy, drives supplier base develoment and identifies new potential suppliers
- Builds strong supplier relationships to ensure Nokia is the customer of choice among the service suppliers
- Supplier qualification, onboarding, conducting supplier RFX's, e-Auctions, negotiation and supplier contracting
- Leads supplier performance reviews with stakeholder participation to coach and drive supplier quality and performance improvement
- Complies with procurement processes and other statuatory requirements within services categories
- Builds effective management reports and presentations to convey business cases on savings ideas and procurement performance progress to targets

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management / business management / engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience in telecommunications services
- Cost analysis and management
- Decision making/strategic thinking/negotiation skills
- Project Management skills

- Supplier quality management
- Supplier contracting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent market information analysis skills and supply market knowledge
