We are looking for a Procurement leader for LATAM who will be leading regional procurement team to initiate and implement respective regional and global category strategy in collaboration with global category managers and procurement leadership to scale globally consistent operation and strategy with focus on client & employee engagement.

**What you should have**:

- A Large experience in procurement and managerial level.
- Demonstrate with consistent track record in delivering business result, leadership, and business partnering
- Experience in Major Capital Equipment, Global Networking, Managed Services, Operations in Data Center or similar technical environment
- Experience in Partner Management, cost management, supply chain management, commercial management, and contract management preferred
- Sound understanding of Strategic Sourcing, procurement methodologies and scoring
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Good analytical and communications skills
- Strong discernment and leadership skills
- Goal and team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn & improve
- Flexible and adaptable to constantly evolving environment
- Demonstrate with strong leadership focusing on team growth, development and Management
- Language: Proficient in English, Portuguese and Spanish

**What you will be doing**:

- Procurement Leadership position to partner with business, suppliers, and global procurement team for LATAM Region (Brazil, Columbia, Chile, and Peru)
- Lead team to deliver business result supporting business growth, execution with speed and sound audit posture

**Business Partnering**:

- Collaborate and maintain business relationship with cross-functional leadership teams delivering important metrics and keeping the company's growing
- Lead and develop team to ensure strong employee engagement and skill development
- Identify cost saving, process simplification, innovation, and global leverage opportunities by collaborating with global procurement leadership team
- Act as critical issue point to resolve procurement related matters

**Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Execution**:

- Guide others when required in performance of their day-to-day activities and facilitate cross-functional communications
- Implement and complete end-to-end supplier management process to handle cost, performance, risk, and compliance
- Acts as point of escalation for internal collaborators and suppliers when needed
- Adopt and scale global operating model and process to meet pre-established operational and financial metrics
- Settle root causes of procurement issues, gaps and inefficiencies, and develop and recommend solutions to address issues and to ensure continuous improvement of procurement processes, practices and standards
