Investments Associate

**Main responsibilities**
- Identifying sectors/companies to be invested and prospect potential targets under the supervision of the senior team.
- Reviewing and validating the model developed by the junior team, ensuring adherence thesis’ needs.
- Coordinating the activities of the junior team and perform more complex analyzes, supporting the decision-making process (e.g. Investment Committees; Boards, etc.).
- Directing the operational, financial, and accounting due diligence processes, taking responsibility for the quality and criticality of the information and interface with agents, thus ensuring its accuracy and delivery within the agreed deadlines.
- Providing inputs for contract construction discussions (Investment Agreement; Stockholders’ Agreement and MoU - Memorandum of Understanding).
- Managing and guiding the junior team, defining stages/deliveries, and contributing to their technical development, thus ensuring the performance of activities according to Patria’s investment methodology.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree completed
- Domain and experience (minimum of three years) on corporate finance (valuation, multiples, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with leadership of junior teams.
- Microsoft Office pack domain.
- Desirable to have at least 1 year of experience in FP&A.
- Desirable CFA Certification.
