**What the day will look like**
- _ Define the TBS strategy and roadmap in LATAM, balancing global priorities with regional needs. _
- _Lead the business analyst team, guiding them in gathering and prioritizing business requirements. _
- _Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align the platform with business and employee experience goals. _
- _Act as a bridge between technical development and business strategy, maximizing the platform’s value. _
- _Drive continuous improvements in usability, scalability, and processes, overseeing team performance and resource management._

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- _ Strong knowledge of product management principles, including roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement. _
- _Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables and vice versa. _
- _Familiarity with SaaS platforms and online benefits management solutions is a plus. _
- _Proven experience leading teams, particularly business analysts, in a regional or multi-country context. _
- _Experience working with global teams and aligning regional needs with global priorities. _
- _Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. _
- _Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. _
- _Certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus._
