**Job Description**:
Our **Field Force Effectiveness Senior Analyst** will be part of the Decision Support team and will be responsible for driving Field Force Excellence initiatives and data-driven insights, in partnership with Commercial, Medical & Market Access Leadership Teams. This professional will work in enhancements for field force teams, by understanding Biogen and business units' priorities to define high standards KPIs, implement executive dashboards and reports to foster a data-driven culture, propose and perform sales incentive plans, and a few other important bullets for this role are:

- Participate in the development and implementation of Field Force KPIs, ensuring right correlation to business strategy, consistent tracking, insights, and in-depth analysis;
- Regularly compiles and deliver Field Force Effectiveness KPIs dashboards/reports and analytics to end-users;
- Performs and support field force effectiveness ad-hoc analyses based on primary or secondary data (Veeva CRM, DataSUS, Close-Up / IQVIA);
- Conduct targeting and field force sizing analyses alongside Decision Support Team;
- Strategically design and implement incentives process (targets definitions methodologies, engagement metrics, special campaigns, result communication, dashboards, reports, etc.);
- Perform Incentive Compensation calculation and implement SIC system;
- Bring insights and analysis for the stakeholders through Incentive Compensation data and benchmark with vendors and other professionals;
- Shadow Veeva CRM maintenance, routines, and enhancements, promoting high standards experiences for field force and visibility of the field force performance for business stakeholders;
- Participate in the development and implementation, when is needed, of Veeva CRMs related projects (Digital, Events, Training, etc.) ensuring business alignment, data integration and assertiveness;
- Support Field Force and Commercial Excellence & Operations team in the questions related to Field Force Effectiveness;
- Support Decision Support Manager to provide integrated marketing analytical solutions (dashboards and reports) to support business areas (Sales/Marketing, Mkt Access, and Medical);

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Information System / Business Administration / Economics / Statistics / Engineering or comparable is needed;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory;
- +5 years of proven experience with both, market intelligence and sales force effectiveness analyses, is mandatory. Experience with specialty care business is preferred;
- Solid knowledge with pharma field force effectiveness concepts / ways of working, such as segmentation, targeting, field force panel (commercial / medical / market access), deployment studies, reports and dashboards and field force results presentation;
- Strong understanding of sales incentive compensation, being able to design incentive schemes, quota distribution methodologies, KPIs tracking, calculation and generate insights / action plan on the results;
- Experience with CRM system (preferred Veeva), being able to understand unmet needs from local field force team and translate it to global Veeva CRM team and perform FFE routines;
- Proven skills including initiative, strategic, analytic, and communication with different stakeholders internal clients (office) and external (field force team);
- Working knowledge of database and business intelligence tools (MS Access / Power BI / MS Excel);
- Fluency in English;
