**About this opportunity**

The Sales Effectiveness Manager Latam, is responsible for optimizing our higher company investment (our commercial teams). He will work in the enhancement of sales effectiveness, by comparing current productivity agains the highest standards KPIs, ensuring priority alignment, cultivating & establishing best practices mindset, developing and supporting enhanced sales process as well as evangelizing and supporting key enablement initiatives for the his/her specific region sales organization. This person will ensure the alignment and traceability of effective processes and solutions, using the technology platforms delivered by Sales Operations.

**In this role, you will**
- Be the Focal implementation person of Strategy around the Sales Process, including: Sales Productivity, Territory Management, Point-of-Sale Effectiveness, Pipeline Effectiveness and Sales Tools for your specific geography.
- Responsible for ensuring targets and alignments are accurate, and to raise opportunities for improvements within.
- Manage the analysis and execution of market trends to territory coverage.
- Ensure the right implementation methodology, aligned with Americas process to define the optimal spam of control per team in order to ensure the ideal management process, as coaching, improve the management presence in the field, etc.
- Develop & operationalize a strong feedback loop, which captures & prioritizes the business needs of your commercial organization.
- Maximize the commercial teams capacities/coverage, by implementing a strong call planning process and priorization with the right allocation of our team members.
- Develop and support best in class, enhanced sales process’ across the entire sales cycle for your assigned sales team, including designing and deploying funnel management mechanisms.
- Collaborate with your regional sales leadership and internal stakeholders to define skill gaps, desired outcomes, and success criteria.
- Ensure local commercial teams are using the tools available to provide the right productivity tracking and insights.
- Partner with Training and Development team in effectiveness/productivity gaps identified.
- In partnership with commercial and marketing leaders, localize the prioritized approach for each type of customers we have, defining a call KPI for each one of them, by using Segmentation and Targeting analysis
- Cultivate & maintain a strong relationship with assigned Sales Leaders and their respective team members.
- Document sales best practices & opportunities across your assigned sales group.
- Define metrics and success criteria in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Sales Operations on key enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with enablement leadership to define, organize, track and manage effectiveness measures that are used to summarize the value of our enablement programs.
- Evangelizing and reinforce global enablement programs at the local level.
- Articulate priorities and focus areas across the Enablement team based on feedback from Sales Leadership and their teams.
- Support in shape the Commercial teams mindset to an effectiviness and high productivity approach, showing the great achievements people with the right productivity mindset can have.
**In this role, you’ll need **
- A Bachelor’s degree and/ or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience as Sales Effectiveness/CommOps with strong background in analysis and continuous improvement. Experience leading a sales team and/or sales effectiveness organization with extensive experience with sales processes and technologies.
- Multinational Experience with demonstrated ability to work and be lead by remote leadership team.
- Support the organization on strategic thinking with ability to understand complex issues, develop/apply/simplify frameworks to facilitate and localize organizational understanding, decision-making, and action (with leadership and cross-functional teams).
- Excellent skills in complex analytic problem solving, project management, change management, & group process. Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, & results orientation.
