This is the job

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join Zimpler in the São Paulo office. The employment is a one-year contract with the possibility of an extension.

This is what you'll do*
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory (LATAM) and accounts
- Drive business development efforts and expand our customer base in the region
- Generate revenue by acquiring ownership of the full sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers and understand full business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the Zimpler value proposition through proposals and presentationsUnderstand category-specific landscapes and trends, have the ability to identify additional revenue streams, make strategic alliances and manage key opportunities
- Manage regional market growth through coordinated sales and marketing initiatives

**This is what you’re good at**
- Native Spanish and/or Portuguese speaker is a key requirement
- +5 years of payments industry/software sales experience or experience in e-Commerce, Financial markets or Travel
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager or account manager
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close; to engage in value selling and articulate the distinct aspects of software products
- Proven ability to position solutions against competitors and to liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain a speedier time to market
- Excellent listening, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel to Peru and Colombia when necessary

As our new Sales Manager, you’ll be an important part of a vibrant, highly knowledgeable team of six people with the full support of our head office in Stockholm. Your colleagues will be from Brazil, Finland and Sweden, creating a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere in the office located in Itaim Bibi. Your other LatAm colleagues based in Stockholm are from Argentina and Bolivia.
