Latam Indirect Sales Manager

Multinational company is looking for a LATAM Indirect Channel Sales Manager to work in the commercial area, managing the indirect sales team, bringing an increase in the customer base (distributors, suppliers and integration companies) and sales. Most negotiations will be conducted in Spanish and the scope is Latin American countries.
The main job requirements are:
- Native or Fluent Spanish
- Fluent English;
- Previous experience work with LATAM countries;
- Previous experience in Indirect Sales;
- Previous experience in Team and Process Management;
- Experience working in interfaces with global teams;
- Behavioral Profile: hunter and farmer profile, who has a lot of energy, proactive, professional, who is ethical and empathetic, adaptable, who wants to make a difference and is proactive.
