The
Sales Manager Latam - Microsurgery
, is responsible for sales performance in the region also set up priorities and innovation to drive sustainable growth, based on Danaher Business Systems and Leica Microsystems Core Value Drives.

This position reports to the Latam Sales Director & Country Manager Brazil and is part of the Sales Team, located in São Paulo/Capital and will be working remotely to cover the territory.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Manage and execute effectively strategic growth plan (short, middle and long terms) to reach a sustainable growth in line with the global and regional corporation strategy;
  • Lead indirect sales channel effectiveness thought CRM (SFDC) and rigorously funnel management and financial Acumen to understand business financial concepts;
  • Develop and optimize sales coverage through selection of indirect sales partners with continuous improvement mindset and increasing visibility, market share and handle discount level/ product mix to optimize profitability.
  • Effectiveness in commercial execution, forecast process, standard work, daily management, Key performance indicators (KPI) and action plans to reach a sustainable growth in sales, and market share in the region;
  • Support market research and analysis (VOC) in close co-operation with channel partners;
  • Travel to conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, meetings with final users and channel partners in Latin America region;

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
Professional Experience

  • Strong skills in commercial management.
  • Strong experience in leading indirect channel;
  • Strong experience in capital equipment sales;
  • Experience in medical devices, microsurgery and microscopy business;
  • Experience with cultural differences and global corporation's environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, marketing, business administration or equivalent.

Language

  • English (advanced level);
  • Spanish desired (advanced level).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel 65% of time – including overnight, within territory and international territories
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and valid Visa and Passport.
