Reports to: SVP DISTRIBUTION / LATIN AMERICA (THEATRICAL)

Works directly and close to: GMs and Sales Teams of Latin American territories (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Central America, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela).

Experience required: 3-5 years in a Sales / Strategy / Analytics position in Theatrical Distribution or 3-5 years as Booking Manager in Exhibition. Proven experience in bookings, budgeting, Data analysis, Forecasting, Film Festivals, leadership and negotiations in Latin America.

General Summary:

- Working side by side with the SVP of Distribution for Latin America, this position is responsible to manage release dates, box office estimates for ours and competitors’ films as well as information that will be of base for decision making by SVP and Studio executives at Home Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to request, analyze and discuss strategic release dates and competitive dates scenarios with territories.
- Check proposed terms per title with territories.
- Collaborate with SVP to assign comps for our films.
- Collaborate with SVP in tracking analysis for Brazil and Mexico.
- Supervise weekend reporting and update estimates in internal systema - all Latam territories.
- Check scheduled reports (release circuits, weekend results, censorship ratings) and contact territories if necessary.
- Create weekly forecast reports for SVP to keep track of fiscal year estimates: per title, per territory, total region.
- Vigilant of every unapproved promotion affecting the effectiveness and profitability of our films.
- Help SVP to supervise Sales team.
- Be aware of any local content for distribution.
- Filter all team´s feedback of future projects after script readings.
