The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Perform A/B testing to define best practices for collection: leverage data to identify opportunities
- Support to build SeaMoney’s collection strategy: calling intensity, communication rules, channels used, and complementary initiatives
- Onboard new partners to support our operation
- Align KPIs with our current partners
- Bring market practice for negotiation strategies
- Support the process creation for new operations
**Requirements**:
- Degree Required in Business Administration, Engineering, and related areas
- Advanced English
- Advanced level of Excel and Presentations
- Basic SQL is a plus
