**Responsibilities**:
- Executes the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects; ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints.
- Develops technology roadmaps, while keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies (e.g: API, Openshift, AWS, Kafka, etc).
- Translates complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
- Manage the Infrastructure's Portfolio for LATAM Markets ensuring the best strategy for investment on Cloud Solutions.
- Work closely with partners from GFT, CTI, and TTS for Infrastructure Management.
- Manage the CEAM and Permit Process Program for LATAM Markets.
- Exhibits good knowledge of how own specialism contributes to the business cross-sectors.
- Acts as an advisor or mentor to junior team members.
- Requires sophisticated analytical thought to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.
- Impacts the architecture function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services.
- Guides, influences and persuades others with developed communication and diplomacy skills.Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in Enterprise or Infrastructure Architecture;
- Experience on Financial's Industries (Citi ICG'S Experience will be considered desirable);
- Deep knowledge on Enterprise Architecture Policies/Frameworks;
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication;
- Ability to develop working relationships;
- Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities;
- Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly;
- Fluent English and Portuguese (Spanish will be desirable);
- Self-Learning Skills;
- Intermediate to Advanced Skills on Financial and Risk and Control Management for Enterprise Architecture;
- Knowledge on modern solutions and technologies.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
