Como Product Director seu papel será liderar os times de product strategy, product development, product delivery e design instrucional na criação dos melhores produtos educacionais do mercado.

Além disso, você será responsável por desenvolver e liderar toda a área de produtos (plataforma) da empresa, com interfaces diretas com times das unidades de negócio e também com os desenvolvedores da companhia.

De forma resumida, seu dia a dia consistirá em:

- Direcionar os times que suportam os mentores no processo de construção de novos programas de formação
- Buscar os gaps e oportunidades de mercado em termos de quais formações (temas e mentores) deveriam compor nosso portfólio entre diferentes unidades de negócios
- Alocar e auxiliar o time de design instrucional em cada unidade de negócio, de modo que eles ajudem no processo de transformação do conteúdo e experiência de nossos mentores, em programas educacionais de alto impacto
- Pesquisar e implementar as práticas mais inovadoras e que melhor auxiliem nossos alunos em sua jornada para transformar os conteúdos em ações práticas
- Gerenciar cronogramas de desenvolvimento, produção e pós produção de cursos
**Requisitos e qualificações**
**Requisitos Técnicos Fundamentais**:

- Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência com gestão de times de produto tendo 5 ou mais pessoas como reports diretos
- Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em startups de alto crescimento
- Conhecimento de boas práticas de gestão de projetos e processos
- Conhecimento em técnicas e práticas de Market Research
- Conhecimento em Business Intelligence

- Você possuí muita vontade e prazer em estudar sobre diferentes temas
- Você é uma pessoa muito organizada em termos pessoais e de time
- Você é um bom comunicador, tendo facilidade em articular suas ideias de forma simples e direta, se fazendo entender por todos
- Você gosta bastante de escrever
**Requisitos desejáveis**:

- MBA em Negócios, Marketing ou áreas correlatas
- Ter sido founder ou co-founder de uma startup
- Cursos e formações em PM ou PO
