Team Overview:
As part of the **Global TA Ops team**, you’ll work alongside a dynamic group responsible for building the infrastructure behind our recruiting efforts — including **interview operations, recruitment tools, process excellence, and talent programs** that scale across regions. Your focus will be primarily on the **Overseas market**, helping to build best-in-class experiences and programs that drive hiring efficiency, consistency, and impact.

Role Responsibilities:

- Own and evolve strategic TA programs, including **Employee Referral Program, Internal Transfer Program,** and** Alumni Engagement Program.**
- Be the **process owner** of **TA policies and standards** across the **Overseas market**, ensuring alignment with global frameworks while adapting for local nuances.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders in TA, HR, and business functions to ensure consistent and scalable execution.
- Support global TA initiatives by identifying best practices and helping localize solutions for regional implementation.

Role Qualifications:

- **5+ years** of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Programs, or People Operations — preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proven experience **managing or leading teams** in coordination, operations, or program delivery.
- Strong **project management skills** with a track record of owning and scaling global initiatives.
- Ability to navigate complexity, think strategically, and **execute with strong attention to detail**.
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional fluency in **English** is required.
- Experience in tech, mobility, or multinational environments is a strong plus.
