- Garantir que os embarques ocorram atendendo às necessidades do cliente e à disponibilidade da mercadoria informada pela equipe de PCP, analisando a carteira de pedidos de venda para o mercado externo.
- Emitir e conferir a documentação de exportação (fatura/packing list/minuta) através do sistema integrado da empresa.
- Liderar o processo de coleta e embarque dos produtos.
- Acompanhar o processo de desembaraço junto ao despachante aduaneiro e o respectivo embarque das mercadorias.
- Antecipar riscos e desvios no processo de exportação e garantir sua otimização por meio do monitoramento das atividades dos despachantes aduaneiros, transportadoras, agentes de carga, entre outros prestadores de serviços.
- Criar, fornecer e analisar a base de indicadores de desempenho.
- Ser o ponto focal no que se refere ao status dos embarques, documentos e todos os dados sobre o processo de exportação
- Apoiar na elaboração e análise de solicitações de cotação (Processo de Frete Aéreo/Spots). Orçar Processo de Frete ou Licitações para aquisição de serviços na área.
- Atualização de softwares e relatórios como: Projeto 44 e Sales Force
- Suporte, monitoramento e preenchimento de arquivos, templates Drawback, informações e KPI’s.
- Gerenciar pagamentos a prestadores de serviços controlando faturas, conferindo valores e lançando em sistema de pagamento.
- Suporte ao processo de planejamento de estoque e embarques para o mercado americano (Roquette USA).
- Responsável pelos pedidos Intercompany no sistema Itacel e relatórios semanais com status dos pedidos
- Suporte ao planejamento do armazém, buscando sempre atender as demandas internas de embarque dos produtos.
