**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree required in a related field e.g. Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics etc. - Minimum 5 years of in-house corporate payroll experience. - Strong Excel skills, advanced functions. - Be able to manage multiple deadlines. - Strong project management and vendor management skills. - Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to system use and frequent review/handling of financial documents and collaboration with international stakeholders and markets in USA, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia. Preferred Qualifications: - 3-5 years of payroll experience in a Big 4 company. - Strong ADP Global View skills, advanced functions or ADP payroll operations experience. - LATAM or Mexico payroll processing experience.
