Provides administrative support in support organization to support personnel, including call management, documentation creation and office automation assistance May routinely provide support to remote team members. Responds to customer inquiries, acts as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities. Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives.Performs routine clerical services/ support administrative duties using prescribed procedures.Solves problems which are limited in scope and complexity.

- Document handling of each service call accurately and in a timely manner in the service database
- Demonstrate sound business judgment when prioritizing and managing competing priorities
- Interact with District Managers to understand the service strategy for the district.
- Some experience in service scheduling or customer facing experience is a plus.

- Be comfortable adapting to changing technology
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (portuguese and english)
- Demonstrate strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Be detail oriented, multi-tasker who can work with interruptions
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Take ownership, problem solve, and drive resolution of each situation
- Have negotiation skills to deal with involved parties to find the best solution balancing customer and business interests
