**Primary Purpose & Scope**:

- Assume responsibility for developing Brazil’s client portfolio to its full potential by defining strategy, leading the sales team and selling high participation campaigns that generate a positive sales increase and ROI for our clients
- Lead the Marketing, Operations and Logistics teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and optimize both client and TCC results
- Continuously track competitive activity and identify/pursue new client opportunities
**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- ** Sales Opportunity Identification**: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within existing and potential new client bases
- ** Client and Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough analysis of client potential, strategies, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making
- ** Campaign Proposal Development**: Create tailored campaign proposals that leverage specific insights about clients and market conditions
- ** Relationship Development**: Foster and promote strong, trust-based commercial relationships between clients and TCC teams at all levels, including UDMs, focusing on delivering results
Operational Responsibilities:
- ** Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with Supply Chain, Brands, and Entertainment teams to ensure alignment on campaign proposals prior to finalizing client agreements
- ** Contract Management**: Oversee the accurate signing of Letters of Credit (LOC) and contractual agreements in adherence to company policies
- ** Performance Optimization**: Maximize campaign performance through accurate projections derived from client data, collaborating with the Marketing team to craft impactful communication plans, and coordinating with Project Management and Logistics for optimal implementation and performance monitoring
- ** Campaign Measurement**: Partner with Project Management to conduct comprehensive measurement of campaign results, demonstrating solid sales growth and positive return on investment (ROI)
- ** P&L Accountability**: Assume full responsibility for the campaign’s Profit and Loss (P&L) management
Leadership Responsibilities:
- ** Team Selection and Training**: Recruit, select, and train the local sales team to ensure high performance and accountability
- ** Team Coordination**: Cultivate a winning team spirit by effectively coordinating across all functions
- ** Cross-Functional Engagement**: Actively involve Group functions to promote understanding and support for specific local needs
- ** Knowledge Sharing**: Proactively share insights and lessons learned (both successes and challenges) with peers, recognizing that experience is a crucial component of the learning process
- ** 10+ Years of Experience**: Proven track record in marketing, advertising, and sales, with a minimum of 10 years in the field
- ** Food Retail Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of the food retail industry within the specified regions
- ** Retail Marketing Proficiency**: Strong understanding of retail marketing strategies and best practices
- ** Business Development Orientation**: A growth mindset focused on identifying new business opportunities
- ** Competitive Spirit**: Driven by a desire to excel and achieve results in a competitive environment
- ** Analytical Skills**: Exceptional ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- ** Negotiation Excellence**: Proven diplomatic negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and achieve desired outcomes
- ** Relationship Building**: Skilled in establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, both internally and externally
