**What you will do**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least C1)
- Proficiency in marketing platforms such as **Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo,** or similar tools.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
