Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We are looking for an Installation Engineering to join our team.

Based in Vila Velha, Brazil, reporting to the SURF Offshore Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing service contracts for costing and technical capacity, analysis and elaboration of operational procedures, technical support and operational training for installation teams, as well as providing support and service to national and international customers, control of demands arising from the existing and signed contracts, contributing to the achievement of business results in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation.

You will be responsible for:

- Plan and schedule boarding activities for offshore teams;
- Make communication interface between customers, sending, controlling and receiving requests for shipment and demands that can be communicated by the end customer;
- Assist in the internal mobilization of adequate resources for the execution of the contractual scope of services for customer service, as described in the Service Specifications;
- Assist in the development of the activities necessary for the full execution of the services described below, in accordance with the specifications established by the client;
- Assist in the mobilization for onshore preparation and repair of umbilicals, being responsible for the preparation of material checklists, activities schedule, organization and creation of activity control spreadsheets and other issues raised in the course of the execution of the services.
- Develop and assist in the verification of the executive procedures necessary for the receipt, handling and installation of umbilicals.
- Develop project schedules using the MS Project tool.

- Graduated in Oil and Gas Engineering or Electrical Engineering;

- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
