**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Commercial for the Brazil team located in Sao Paulo.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage and develop the new Business team
- Design, validate, and update workflows and processes in the company’s commercial sector
- Manage the pace of prospecting and inside sales
- Prepare and execute the strategic planning for the company
- Coordinate with strategic areas of the company, such as marketing and finance
- Provide a detailed report of the results with justifications
- Creation of strategies to increase values of the department
- Plan visits and conduct meetings with strategic customers
- Support and integrate the external team to develop processes and projects
- Assurance of accurate and fast information

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- Strong interest in the dynamics of the commercial sector
- High resilience and adaptability
- Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude. Delivery focused. Forward-thinking and proven experience in planning, collaborating, negotiating, and achieving an optimal business solution. Work across teams and get great results.
- Advanced English
