The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team to manage daily operations and be responsible for indexing team performance. In addition, you will be partnering and driving success for our supplier operations to ensure a smooth experience for our users. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new experience to our users and together we can build a commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
**Requirements**:
- Drive the deployment of operations in the market, and build partnerships with local key players in logistics and/or sellers
- Conduct market and industry research, create operation plans to address issues and hedge the risks caused by market or policy changes if needed
- Manage the day to day operations and drive for continuous improvement
- Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve the key metrics of productivity, service quality, cost effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with supply chain operation management background
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in commerce marketplace operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
- Self-motivated and results driven, able to collaborate and ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
