**People Partner Learning & Development - LATAM**
**The Challenge**
As People Partner for Learning & Development you will be responsible for activate and deploy global Learning & Development initiatives to enable our employees and our leaders to learn and grow every single day in a fun and engaging way, collaborate with the Value Stream People Performance & Growth in developing and evaluating the learning programs/curricula in line with DSMs strategic goals and objectives, be the linking pin to our external suppliers in the field of digital learning solutions and you translate developments in this area to opportunities for Learning & Development within DSM and based on your strong network throughout the company you sense & follow-up L&D opportunities for closing capability gaps.
The members of the People Solutions Team contribute to regional as well as global projects and initiatives. Depending on in which People Solutions Team you will land and your individual development preferences, the above-mentioned responsibilities will be supplemented with other P&O activities.
**The Position**
The Key responsibilities in this position will be:
- Active partner of the Value Stream People Performance & Growth to assure learning programs/curricula are launched in the regions, in the best possible way
- Deliver L&D expertise injection on request to DSM businesses & functions
- Be the feed on the ground for the Value Stream People Performance & Growth to understand how programs land in DSM and pro-actively come up with improvements, new ideas, etc including in the field of digital learning solutions
- Managing our external suppliers in the field of digital learning solutions
- Building and utilizing your strong network with stakeholders (P&O leadership/Business Partners/People Solutions Team crew) to deploy L&D programs in an effective and efficient way
**The Ideal**
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related areas
- Fluent English
- Background in designing and deploying Learning & Development programs in global context
- Sound knowledge and strong interest in Learning & Development platforms (eg Linkedin Learning, Cross Knowledge) incl innovation in this area
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Skilled at influencing and inspiring others
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms and solutions but also to develop yourself in the broader P&O field
- Active developing your self-management
- Experience in L&D in an international environment
