Learning & Development Specialist - People - Global

Our learning and development specialist will be a strong hands-on player that will will have to carry out the implementation of different learning programs from planning to execution and measuring the success of each activity. He/she/they will ensure the continuous development of skills that Bitsonauts need to #makecryptouseful. He/she/they will play a central role in the professional development of our Bitsonauts and in creating the conditions to boost the potential of every Bitsonaut.

**Your impact**:

- Run learning needs analysis and drive the implementation of programs identified as needed.
- Implementation of on-demand learning programs.
- Coordinate a mentoring program that facilitates connections between Bitsonauts.
- Partner with our talent management team to foster professional development programs.
- To administer and improve our training benefits policy.
- Coordinate, evaluate and improve our ongoing language program.
- Evaluate and re-implement our leadership program with our vendors.
- Collaborate in building an internal onboarding for new leaders.
- Work with universities and external educational vendors to launch educational benefit and learning programs for Bitsonauts.
- Implement a framework for measuring the impact of learning programs.
- Write or update documentation on internal processes and tools.
- Facilitating learning activities.

**Who you are**:

- Learning and development measurement frameworks (Kirkpatrick and/or Phillips & Phillips).
- Experience in rolling out and maintaining a LMS.
- Experience in instructional design.
- Great knowledge in google suite tools (specially google spreadsheets, google slides and google forms).
- Ability to analyze data.
- Great teamwork skills.
