The Certification Acceleration Specialist role is an opportunity to have an impact across all levels of Avanade from the certification activity and experience of our consultants, to the strategic direction of our executive committee and board of directors.

Collaborate closely with our global team of Learning & Leadership Development professionals to supporting exceptional learning experiences and helping bring Limitless Learning to life

Skills and experiences
- Ideally have experience managing a corporate credentialling program like ours
- Have a current Microsoft Role-based Certification at the Associate, Expert, or Specialty level
- Experience with in Learning and Development teams and mentoring
- Have supported Senior Leaders as a trusted advisor and influencer

What you'll do
- Certification Program Management
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of 50-100 certification preparation classes annually which are led by Microsoft and external vendors
- Certification Acceleration Program Lead
- Manage and evolve Avanade’s in-house certification preparation courses focused on Microsoft’s Fundamental certifications (ex. AZ-900 Accelerator
- Communication and Mobilization
- Lead communication efforts to drive awareness and enrollment in certification offerings, including posting to our Certification learner communities and maintaining our Certification intranet portal
