**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a Global Learning & Development Manager to our People team in São Paulo
Welhub is seeking a Global Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to be part of our mission of providing Wellhubbers with access to high quality, virtual, asynchronous, and blended learning initiatives. At the core of the L&D team we strive to: design, develop, and deliver tailored and impactful learning initiatives for our global workforce; support critical business needs through people-focused onboarding and upskilling; and, engage with Welhubbers to increase learner access, use, and impact of L&D initiatives. This is a great opportunity to help shape and implement our overall learning strategy to upskill Welhubers globally
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Design, build, and deliver learning journeys based on our learning strategy and Wellhub values.
- Facilitate learning workshops for various segments of the workforce ranging from entry-level and middle management to senior level and executive team.
- Leverage AI to research and package relevant and digestible learning content to be delivered in training programs and learning paths.
- Ensure high quality and effectiveness of our knowledge repositories (i.e. intranet, LXP) and employee-facing reports and calendars.
- Monitor, maintain and manage our internal LXP (Degreed) as well as other learning platforms available to employees (Udemy, Knowbe4, Coursera, O'Reilly).
- Build relationships with potential training vendors and external speakers that can meet our ongoing organizational learning needs.
- Analyze large sets of data and build dashboards to accurately report on the impact generated by learning inside the organization.
- Conduct learning needs analysis in partnership with HR Business Partners and other representatives of each department.
- Analyze employee engagement scores and trends (from Peakon) to identify learning & development opportunities that can be turned into learning interventions and initiatives.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Reside in São Paulo.
- Availability to go to the office when required.
- You speak English fluently and can deliver presentations to large audiences both in person and virtually.
- A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals with previous experience in creating or adapting organizational structures, building talent strategies, influencing systems change, and managing large-scale projects.
- You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a team environment.
- A creative thinker who can approach complexity and challenges with a fresh perspective and a willingness to experiment.
- A self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization.
- You enjoy working on multiple priorities and projects.
- A strong communicator both written and verbal.
