Browse our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team openings to see how you can make an impact with us. **About the Team**: - Data & Analytics team, will work closely to the LATAM Cross Borders Operations team as- main point of contact for validating business hypothesis and building data products and plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. The team collaborates closely with Marketplace’s internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver actionable insights to shape business strategy. Our scope of work is not limited to the development of solutions and data products, such as dashboards, reports, and datasets focused on monitoring and reporting results. We have a role in facilitating problem-solving processes, actively seeking process efficiency and solutions to help play a role in critical, high-impact changes to the business.- Develop reports, dashboards, analysis and some automations (will be generally with SQL, PYTHON, EXCEL, in-House tools); - Assist the various business units as a discussion partner to plan, strategize, and grow business by enabling data-driven decision-making; - Serve as in-house consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights for colleagues in other business units; - Producing actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategies; - Main area of work will be at our Operations team, but will have the opportunity to deliver data products to other business teams as well. **Requirements**: - Graduate master's or bachelor's degree in quantitative fields or a relevant field (e.g. Computer Sci) of study or up to 3 years experience; - Advanced English; - Experience working with one or more languages for querying (e.g. SQL, PYTHON) >> Excel is a plus; - Experience with Data Science projects is a plus; - Proficiency in automation of tasks and reports; - Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions; - Ability to make inferences from data and devise an appropriate course of actions; - Systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex considerations; - Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner; - Time management to deliver deadlines; - Availability to work in hybrid format (3 times a week in the office, located in the Faria Lima region).
