The Data Analytics Specialist supports organization transformation for data-driven decision making and analytics. Develops data pipeline through automation of ingesting data from multiple sources. Transforms raw data into sources for analysis and predictions. than data to support the organization's transformation to data-driven decisions and analytics.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO**- Align architectures with business requirements;
- Use programming language and tools;
- Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality;
- Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling and find hidden patterns using the data;
- Promote and build good practices for collecting and analyzing information.
- Performs other functions assigned to it
- Complies with all policies and standards
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Complete Higher Education (preferred in Information Technology, Finance, Statistics or the like)
- Experience in Programming Languages (SQL, Python, etc);
- Knowledge in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.);
- Fluent English
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in developing ETL processes;
- Knowledge in data modeling (relational, dimensional);
- Knowledge of Conventional Data Warehouse architecture, in addition to Data Lake;
- Knowledge in Data Visualization tools (DOMO, Google Data Studio, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical skills and power of synthesis, with ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to influence.
- Knowledge and domain of BI methodologies, Big Data;
