Our team is responsible for preparing bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment, working on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

You will prepare proposals and bids, participate in negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will contribute to the operational plan of our department.

As a **Proposal Analyst**, you will be responsible for:

- Support the development of proposals
- Prepare, compile and submit required tender documentation
- Prepare the cost model for the commercial opportunity
- Follow up with other functions to obtain needed information
- Elaborate the deal budget
- Handle the CRM and ERP systems
- Lead proposals for standardized products/spare parts with pre-defined options (flow proposals)
- Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices
- Discusses sales approach with Tender Manager or Commercial Leader
- Support on the preparation of the business case slides
- Analyse the commercial data base and prepare required reports

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Law / Administration / Economics / Accounting / Finance) or up to 1 year pending to graduate from university
- OR; Have Bachelor’s degree in other area but strong analytical and mathematics capabilities
- Experience in Commercial Proposals, Costing, Contracts, Finance, Sourcing or Project Management
- Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills
- Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have advanced English proficiency (will be tested)
- Have intermediate Microsoff Office
- Have ability to deal with pressure and workload seasonality
