**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused **Account Manager** to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inbound leads, building relationships with new clients, and maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless experience, foster long-term client satisfaction, and contribute to the ongoing success of Khan Tech.

**Product overview**: online gambling platform with new features, integrations, and functionalities to redefine the gambling ecosystem.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Engage with inbound leads**: Promptly and professionally handle inquiries, educate prospects about Khan Tech’s offerings, and convert them into valued clients.
- **Client relationship management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, fostering positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Client health monitoring**: Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, identify upselling opportunities, and address any concerns.
- **Cross-functional collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to share insights and resolve client challenges.
- **CRM management**: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, monitor performance metrics, and report key trends and successes.

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in the** iGaming/Betting/Gambling industry** in account management/customer success, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and client engagement tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow.
