At Spice, we're building the performance marketing engine for restaurants.

**A Day in the Life**:
On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Translate brand strategy into a powerful copy that drives desired actions and outcomes
- Work closely with our in-house design team to ensure the design vision for campaigns is effectively realized
- Continuously bring new copywriting and retention marketing ideas to the team
- Set up automation/flow logic, build pop-ups, and integrate app
- 2+ years of experience in copywriting, digital marketing, growth marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing creative, high-converting marketing copy
- Excellent project management skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Superb verbal and written English communication skills
