a new product, or start a paid subscription and sync that data straight to their email platform (Klaviyo).The OpportunityWe are seeking a driven and experienced Partnership & Business Development Manager to build and nurture strategic relationships with growth marketing and design & development agencies, Shopify app partners, and inbound leads for Relo.This role is critical in expanding our reach and driving adoption of our suite of retention marketing software solutions.You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding partners and new accounts, (with the assistance and guidance of our current Partnership team).ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire sales pipeline.Specifically, lead engagement, follow-ups, and booking & closing demosIdentify and prospect potential agency partners (Marketing and Developers) and Shopify app partners aligned with our target market (DTC and CPG subscription-based e-commerce)Develop and execute a strategic partnership outreach plan to build a robust pipeline of qualified partners who drive predictable referred revenuePresent our software solutions and value proposition effectively to potential partners & referral and inbound merchants.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreementsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizationsCollaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to ensure partner success and overall sales alignmentCollaborate internally with the Relay Retention division of apps (Smartrr, Relo and Peel) in order to create mutual external partners and internal lead flowQualificationsProven experience in sales and/or partnerships, preferably within the SaaS or e-commerce technology spaceDemonstrable experience working with marketing and/or developer agenciesExperience working with or within the Shopify ecosystem and understanding of Shopify appsStrong understanding of the value proposition of retention marketing and its impact on e-commerce businessesCRM competency, with a preference on HubSpotSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyBonus PointsUnderstanding of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and
