Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Partnership Manager to join our team.As a key member of our business development function, you will play a critical role in driving new partnerships and nurturing existing relationships to fuel our growth in facility management and home services.You'll thrive in fast-paced environments turning conversations into business relationships by conducting proactive outreach to potential B2B/B2C partners via calls, emails, SMS.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales preferably in home services, facility management, or related fields, with proven success in direct sales, partnership management, or business development.Key Responsibilities:Conduct proactive outreach to potential B2B/B2C partners via calls, emails, SMSNurture a pipeline of partnership prospects from first contact to deal closureQualify warm leads and schedule calls, presentations, and demos with decision-makersNegotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with company objectivesMaintain accurate records in CRM; prepare reports on outreach activity and pipeline statusSupport development and optimization of scripts, templates, and campaign materialsAct as a brand ambassador ensuring a positive and professional partner experienceRequirements:2+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales preferably in home services, facility management, or related fieldsProven success in direct sales, partnership management, or business developmentStrong communication negotiation and relationship-building skillsAbility to identify key decision-makers and build rapport quickly via calls and digital channelsTech-savvy comfortable working with CRM and sales automation toolsHighly organized accountable and driven by measurable goalsBenefits:100% remote position with flexible schedule U.S. hours overlap preferredCompetitive compensation + performance-based bonusesDirect collaboration with leadership and opportunity for growth in business development
