We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Product Owner** to join our team in building innovative software solutions that empower small business owners to elevate their online marketing campaigns. With a deep understanding of SaaS product development, Agile Development methodologies, and a keen mind for User Experience (UX), the Product Owner will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products. **What You’ll Do**:

- Identify and prioritize user and business needs;
- Define and prioritize epics and user stories in collaboration with business and technical teams in order to fuel the agile team backlog;
- Actively participate in agile team events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos;
- Ensure development quality through functional level testing;
- Communicate development progress to stakeholders;
- Define, track, and optimize product KPIs;
- Participate in design workshops for functionalities;
- Lead the implementation of experiments and analyze results;
- Manage stakeholder expectations and scope changes.

**What We Need You to Bring**:

- Minimum of 5 years in digital product management;
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (UX, engineering, data, design);
- Strong ability to identify and prioritize user needs;
- Ability to make impactful product decisions;
- Excellent communication skills to fluently convey ideas and persuade audiences;
- Proactive nature, especially in a remote context;
- Understanding of product-oriented organization dynamics;
- Proven success in training teams;
- Expertise in agile practices;
- Advising on team/work practices;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
