**KEYWORDS**: HSEQ system management; Emergency response management; Risk assessment; HSE training; HSE incidents investigation; Audits and inspections; Preventive and Corrective actions; PPE management; Emissions and waste management; **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: Develop, maintain and improve the Integrated HSEQ Management System; Ensure the company's HSEQ policy is implemented consistently across the organization and third parties on the terminal are aware of company's policy; Ensure achievement of all HSEQ objectives and provide regular reporting on progress; Ensuring overall emergency preparedness, relevant updating of Emergency Response Plan and organization of Emergency drills; Identify employee training needs in relation to HSEQ and execute the relevant training where required. Safety inductions of visitors and contractors; Ensure, roll out and manage a communications plan for all HSEQ activities and legislative changes to ensure awareness of all staff; Ensuring surveillance of the Permit to work system; Plan and perform internal audits and coordinate inspections, audits from third parties and local authorities. Coordinate finding elimination process; Be responsible for HSE incidents registration and investigation process and coordination of follow-up of actions; Review, revise and update HSEQ risks; Ensuring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procurement and management. **WHAT WE EXPECT**: University degree in Engineering, Environmental and Safety or related field; 3+ years working experience as HSEQ manager or HSE Coordinator in a company of > 30 employees in (Oil&Gas, Chemical industry preferable); Should be familiar with ISO 9001, 14 001, 45 001 standards; Having a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to integrated management systems; Possessing strong planning, organizational, teamwork and presentation skills; Being computer literate with Microsoft Office to a proficient level with good typing skills; Fluent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English languages (a must have). **WE OFFER**: Competitive salary; International work environment and development opportunities; Professional and personal development opportunities; Great Benefits package (health insurance, dental plan, life insurance, grocery, meal voucher, fuel allowance); English course to all employees and their family members; School agreements for discounts on fees for employees and their family members.
