**Mission**:
Technical responsible of the mechatronics components development (for example: Interior switches and Commands), ensuring compliance with quality, performance, timing and cost objectives. Responsible for guarantee the development in accordance with technical requirements, company standards and country regulations. Responsible for component/system diagnosis during the development and after sales phases, interacting with suppliers through all issues and improvement actions definition.
**Basic requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation);
Minimum of mid-level experience in Engineering;
High level of English language proficiency;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Strong problem-solving skills (accountability, proactivity, initiative, logical thinking);
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (both needed in an international environment);
Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team;
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment that requires mínimal direction;
Logical thinker who can systemically sort through complex issues in pursuit of a resolution;
Excellent program management and organizational skills;
Must be able and willing to drive and test vehicles;
Availability to travel (up to 4 weeks long sporadically);
Availability to be present in the plant during weekly job.
**Desirable Skills**:
Background in automotive industry;
Background in automotive mechatronics components;
Background in automotive sensing systems;
Previous experience in FIAT/FCA/STELLANTIS/PSA groups;
Driver license (CNH category B, minimum).
