**Performance Management Data and Analytics Lead**:
Supply Chain Technology is recruiting for a Performance Management Data and Analytics Lead located in Bridgewater, NJ, Cork, Ireland or São José dos Campos, Brazil Alternate locations or Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a member of Supply Chain Technology (SCT) Strategy and Operations Performance Management Team, a global team responsible for managing and improving the overall SCT performance.

This hands-on role will use Data Engineering / Data Visualization / Data Science to advance our SCT performance management & analytics capabilities and vision. You will proactively design end to end data solutions, from data sourcing, to engineering, to innovative visual dashboards, and data analytics for use across the Supply Chain Technology organization (peers as well as senior leaders), and SC Business where applicable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively perform data analysis / investigation and build data models that uncover additional unsolicited insights and reveal new opportunities for improvement
- Build robust self-service capability for dashboards, reports, and analytics - emphasize strong UI/UX design practices to ensure a positive user experience with all self-serve BI solutions
- Clearly communicate and drive discussions on data and insights, context, and implications with business and technology partners - operate as a SME in data visualization and storytelling
- Recommend data driven actions to improve business outcomes, deliver enriched technology products and services, increase speed of delivery, efficiency and reduce cost
- Collaborate with process owners & global teams to boost data awareness, quality, confidence and the speed of data driven decisions throughout the organization
- Research new technologies, develop proof of concepts, learn, iterate and demo to peer groups, business partners, or senior leaders
- Proactively find opportunities to improve and automate existing business and data flow processes
- Document and communicate technical specifications with team members and the Technology Services team to ensure proper and optimized techniques, queries, and final output are understood and incorporated into data and analytics processes
- Mentor and share knowledge related to data engineering, data science, data visualization, and storytelling

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Statistics
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with business intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI and practicing Data Visualization (required)
- Working experience with Azure Data Factory / SQL / Power Automate
- Proficiency in Tableau: sophisticated calculations, LOD calculations, table calculations, parameters, multiple data sources, custom SQL
- Write highly optimized SQL, performance tuning of BI queries, data modeling, and data mining from multiple sources (SQL, ETL - data warehousing, Spark, Apache tool set)
- In depth hands-on experience of Python with a focus on Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Statistical Modeling
- UI/UX skills to present visual stories in a clear, intuitive manner and the ability to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
