**About the Kings League**

Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for live directing of the show.
- Develop and oversee the programming schedule, ensuring a balance of content that appeals to the target audience.
- Coordinate with content producers, graphic design team, directors/ producers, and other staff to ensure high-quality programming.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that all content meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate with production teams, including directors, editors, and technical staff, to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee technical aspects of broadcasting, including equipment maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and standards, including technical specifications and licensing requirements.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including producers, directors, technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Provide leadership and direction to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, such as audience growth and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for expansion or improvement, such as new programming initiatives or partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Visit venues and report on what is possible within its characteristics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in live broadcasting operations, with progressively responsible roles in programming, production, or management.
- Creativity to implement in the direction of the show.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- In-depth knowledge of broadcasting technologies, regulations, and industry trends.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
