**Votre rôle**:
Coordinate requests for field technicians and spare equipment in the Americas and EEMEA regions with the respective technicians and ASPs (Authorized Service Providers) in each location, as well as with the Logistics teams. Maintain records of the requests in our tools and communicate the progress of these requests with the implementation or operations teams that requested them, as well as act as point of escalation throughout the request lifecycle.
