**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead Salesforce integration projects with other enterprise systems.
- Implement Salesforce best practices, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and features, making recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visual force, SOQL, and Lightning components.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration patterns.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and other integration tools.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
- Ability to work remotely with availability during New York working hours.
