Estamos a procura de uma pessoa focada em User Experience, para olhar estrategicamente nosso produto entendendo as dores dos nosso clientes

O que você vai fazer:

- Participar do planejamento de pesquisas junto ao time de Produto;
- Analisar dados quantitativos e qualitativos consolidando insights com base nos objetivos propostos;
- Realizar processos de product discovery para conduzir o entendimento do contexto de uso e problemas mapeando hipóteses e oportunidades;
- Garantir a qualidade de uso das soluções propostas, reforçando aspectos da marca Dealersites, padrões construtivos e documentação do projeto;
- Encontrar oportunidades para projetar e validar soluções com base em comportamento e nas necessidades do usuário alinhado com a estratégia de negócio;
- Criar e desenvolver novos recursos e alterações no nosso produto, obtendo um bom desempenho por meio do design de interação, usando o KPIs e métricas do produto;
