As a Talent Amplifier Intern at Salesforce, you will be part of a dynamic growth structure in Brazil. In this role, you will gain experience in building relationships with Salesforce Customers and Partners, as well as interacting with internal teams to execute projects in collaboration with Sales, Gov Affairs, Alliances, and Channels, among others. This internship program is designed to enhance your relationship-building and project management skills, equipping you with the necessary knowledge to pursue a career in the commercial field.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct onboarding for new partners focused on talent development.
- Assist in presentations about the job market and Salesforce career opportunities.
- Monitor the progress of students in collaboration with universities, governments, and NGOs.
- Participate in training and mentoring sessions with sales experts.
**Program Highlights**:
- **Structured Training**:The **Talent Amplifier Program**offers comprehensive enablement, including sales methodology, product knowledge, and role-specific skills development.
- **Mentorship and Support**:Work side by side with experienced SDRs and sales leaders, gaining invaluable mentorship to help you progress in your career.
- **Career Advancement**:Talent Amplifier Interns who successfully complete the program are well-positioned to advance to SDR roles within 6-12 months, accelerating their sales careers at Salesforce.
**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between June/2026 and De/2026.
- English intermediate.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
