**This role is based at our office in Lenexa, Kansas and requires relocation to the United States.**

Do you have experience with every aspect of procurement including managing contracts and spend, procurement leveraging, strategic sourcing, supplier development and relations, and establishing sustainable sourcing partnerships? This might be a great growth opportunity for you

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop procurement management strategies and best practices to ensure maximum value in line with the global procurement strategy.
- Lead, coach and train team of 2-5 direct reports.
- Generate structural savings to deliver YOY bottom line enhanced revenue.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned categories' impact of price volatility on business performance.
- Drive change management process with internal partners.
- Identify and integrate key partner suppliers into programs focused against service, supply cost reduction and logistics operations.
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the company regarding procurement status.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, food, business or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience of increasing scope and responsibility within procurement/supply chain, ideally within consumer packaged goods or food industry.
- Lead with continuous improvement mindset and can-do attitude.
- Strong understanding of procurement, business and food/raw material industry.
- Ability to understand/communicate/present and execute procurement strategies
- Navigate within a cross functional matrix environment.
- Successfully lead or participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract management and resolution procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
